Chỉ thái độ hết lòng vì việc chung, đặt lợi ích tập thể lên trên lợi ích cá nhân và xử sự hoàn toàn công bằng, không thiên vị. Thường dùng để khen ngợi phẩm chất của người làm việc công hoặc người có trách nhiệm.

Refers to being wholly devoted to the common good, putting collective interests above personal gain, and acting with complete fairness and impartiality. It is often used to praise the character of someone in public service or in a position of responsibility.
